With the new Heli-V2 is easier or more economical to create superior, professional quality, aerial video. It will excel with its high resolution CCD wireless video camera and anti-vibration mounting system. The Heli-V2's unprecedented video quality is due to several improvements that have been added onto this model. Among these upgrades is the anti-vibration camera mount. With the anti-vibration camera mount the video camera is able to "float" in mid-air away from the vibration of the helicopter frame. Also the camera and transmitter now both feature an independent, regulated power supply which means less "noise" and distortion. The Heli-V2 also comes with a ground base station to receive the video signal. Loaded in this case is a diversity receiver (which uses two sets of reception circuitry) with two patch antennas, this setup provides amazing range and increases video clarity while reducing signal loss.

Not only does the Heli-V2 provide amazing video, it is also exceptionally easy to fly, so easy in fact that you do not need previous r/c experience. The Heli-V2 is equipped with Thermal Intelligence to provide additional flight stability when flown outdoors. If you lose orientation while flying simply release the right control stick and the infrared sensors will automatically bring the Heli-V2 to a level hover. Every Heli-V2 also utilizes three state-of-the-art piezo gyros to maintain stable flight. A new feature on the Heli-V2 is the ability to switch between two different flying modes, video and active. Video mode is designed for training and shooting video, the helicopter will be less responsive and the possibility of over controlling is lessened. The active mode is more for recreational flying where the helicopter needs to be more responsive.

To get you ready to fly, the Heli-V2 kit also includes flight simulator software so you can learn to fly the helicopter from the comfort of your home without the risk of damaging parts. All of the features incorporated into the Heli-V2 are guaranteed to accelerate the learning curve.

At just 30 inches in diameter and weighing in at 19 ounces the Heli-V2 is small and light enough that it can safely be flown indoors and near large crowds. Its carbon fiber and high impact nylon frame construction make the Heli-V2 virtually indestructible. The Heli-V2 also features newly designed rotor blades that are much more efficient and more durable than the rotors previously used on the other models. In the event of a crash the lightweight airframe and semi-flexible rotor blades reduce damage to surrounding items and more importantly minimize the potential for human injury, which is a common fear with larger and heavier helicopters.
